Issued in early November and remaining unadjusted throughout the year, CRAFT empowers proactive, confident decision-making from the very start of the water year. Built on nine years of proven performance, CRAFT combines the accuracy of our regression-based model with CAP forecast data to translate atmospheric conditions into precise inflow expectations.
